Unused items may be returned within 7days of receipt for an exchange or refund for store credits. Strictly no cash refunds are done.

Loose threads and removable stains will not be considered as defects. Kindly note that we have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on the Web site; however, the actual color you will see will depend on many factors, including your computer, and we cannot guarantee that your computer will accurately display our colors. Discrepancies of slight color differences will not be entertained.
 
Important Note: All items must be returned with any original packaging and subjected upon approval.

Items purchased during a sale are not eligible for return, exchange or credit without exception and merchandise is sold as is.

4. What If I Received a Wrong Order, or Damaged, Defective ?

5. Summary 

  • All postage charges are to be borne by customers.
  • Items should be returned in their original packaging to ensure that the items are adequately protected during transit back to us.
  • Return of items can only be made one time per order. This means that the subsequent items exchanged or purchased using store credit is not returnable. 
  • Please allow up to three business days for your return to be processed. We'll notify you via e-mail of your exchange, refund, or store credit once we have processed it.
  • The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that ensures you for the value of the goods. Please keep the tracking code with you in case we shall need them for reference.
  • All items sold are strictly not refundable (NO CASH REFUND).
